On the eye: Straw yellow with gold flecks.
On the nose: Bright and fresh with soft notes of citrus fruit (lime juice) and herbs such as broom.
On the palate: Nicely rounded acidity; a savoury note which frames and balances the juicy citrus fruit flavours; medium body and a good finish.
Food pairing: Versatile; a great pairing with antipasto and fish dishes; mozzarella and other young cheeses.
