On the eye: Delicate, pale yellow with some sediment (the wine is unfiltered).
On the nose: Notes of white flowers, pink grapefruit, lychee, fresh oregano, and spice.
On the palate: Surprisingly light on the palate. Firm but gentle acidity. There’s some maceration on the skins, so you’ll get a bit of tanninon the finish along with an intriguing olive-y note.
Food pairing: Delicate fish dishes; risotto.
