This Stefano Inama wine tasting is a Wine Tour hosted by Cuculo Cheese & Wine. It explores the special elegance and diversity in wines from the volcanic soils of Soave and Colli Berici. There’s a bit of background in the “Description” tab below, and the list of wines under “The Wine List” tab.
You will collect or receive a Tasting Pack which contains sample bottles (a range of sizes available) and a Deli Pack of cheese and cured meats from our counters. Also tasting notes, an order form and the Zoom codes for the presentation. For more detailed information, open the “What’s included?” tab.
There are different options for sample sizes, from 50ml miniatures to full-size bottles. We can courier the packs overnight in the UK (more remote areas, please check for timing and pricing). The Tasting Packs are beautifully presented and make a lovely gift.

Description
This Inama Wine Tasting explores the wines of Soave and the Colli Berici through one of the best estates.Synonymous with elegance and quality, the Inama azienda is now in the third generation of the Inama family. Stefano’s father, Giuseppe, bought the family’s first vineyard – on Monte Foscarino – in 1965.
When the time came for his own contribution to the family estate, Stefano pursued his belief that his own true mark of difference lay in his volcanic soils, and not the grape variety. Thus, in 1991, he chose Sauvignon Blanc for his own first planting. Over time, plantings of Garganega and bottlings of Soave also grew.
The Inama winery is still operated by Stefano, but now with his sons, Matteo, Luca and Alessio.

What's included?
Tasting Packs are available in 50ml, 100ml, 375ml (half bottle) and 750ml (full bottle) sizes. All come with one of our famous Deli Packs of cheeses, cured meats, antipasto and olives. If you choose the full-size bottles your Deli Pack is included free of charge. Additional Deli Packs can be purchased for £5.
All dietary requirements are catered for, but please advise us at the time of booking.
The Tasting Pack includes tasting notes, an order form and codes for the Zoom presentation at 18:45. We may have to mute microphones to avoid background noises, but we heartily encourage participants to unmute to ask questions and share comments.
Your Tasting Pack can be collected from Cuculo Cheese & Wine on Heathfield High Street from Saturday morning, or we will send by overnight courier on Wednesday.
A small deposit (£1 per 50ml & 100ml bottle / £1.50 for 375ml bottle) is included in the price. This is fully refundable on return of the bottles in reusable condition. If you’d prefer to hang on to your bottles, that’s fine by us.
