Tasting notes

On the eye: Ruby-red with garnet highlights.
On the nose: Strawberry and soft herb with a hint of grapefruit.
On the palate: Medium- to full-bodied with classic Pinot Noir fruit-forward flavour. Well-integrated acidity, as well as supple, soft tannins give this wine a pleasant and long finish.
Food pairing: Appetizers, fish, soups, white and red meat, young- and medium-aged cheeses.
