On the eye: Pale yellow.
On the nose: Lime juice with herb – fennel, mint, dill – and sweeter fruits such as passion fruit and peach, backed with the subtle grassy quality of the Sauvignon Blanc.
On the palate: Delicate, soft, juicy acidity with a lovely structure and great length.
Food pairing: Antipasti, shellfish, fish soup, pasta and white meat.
