Tasting notes
On the eye: The first bottling of the Ciello tends to have the lees in evident suspension, giving the wine a chalky opacity.
On the nose: A pleasant trace of pink grapefruit with apple-skin.
On the palate: Creamy; soft almond. Later bottlings are clearer but lose a touch in mouthfeel.
Food pairing: Aperitif; fish dishes; risotto.
