On the eye: Bright red.
On the nose: Cherry and mature plum notes with a core of lifted fresh berries. Early hints of cooked fruit will develop with bottle age.
On the palate: Harmonic, warm with spice notes; complex, elegant and long. Subtle tannins and bright acidity balance the rich fruit flavours.
Food pairing: Pasta dishes, meat ragù, roast meats, semi-mature cheeses, cured meats.
