On the eye: Deep red colour.
On the nose: The nose displays an intense bouquet of red and black fruit,dried cherries, cocoa and vanilla.
On the palate: Soft and round on the palate with generous, balanced tannins and acidity. Good length.
Food pairing: Barbecue; meat grilled on olive or vine wood, veal stew, beef filet. With traditional local dishes: grilled rib eye from Sorana cow, bigoli with sausage and Asiago cheese. With vegetables: Lentils soup, fava beans and pecorino, velvety soups.
