Tasting notes
On the eye: Ruby red.
On the nose: Fine with fresh notes of red fruit, typical of the perfect condition of the fruit at the time of pressing.
On the palate: Well-balanced with a certain acidity and earthy notes which lead to a satisfying finish.
Food pairing: Chicken, game, red meats; wild boar. Hearty stews in winter and barbeques in the summer.
