Tasting notes

On the eye: Yellow-gold.
On the nose: Ripe fruits (apricot, apple, pear peach) with evocative notes of Mediterranean underbrush and herbs such as broom. Sweet spice.
On the palate: Mellow acidity with a lingering freshness and sapidity; flavours develop on the palate for some time.
