Tasting notes

On the eye: Clear yellow with green flecks; fine perlage
On the nose: Fragrant and fresh; orange blossom, lychee and aromatic herbs such as Melissa
On the palate: Gentle fizz with light acidity and sweetness; notes of mint and sage
Food pairing: As well as Panettone and Pandoro, a classic pairing with Langhe hazelnuts such as biscuits or Langhe Tart. In summer with fruit salad, peaches and strawberries.
