About Cinzia… From fine dining for Lords and Ladies at a private Five-Star hotel in Tuscany, to boiling water for pasta in Europe’s highest mountain refuge; from cooking in the back of a van in a thunderstorm for ravenous walkers, to serving four courses to thirty guests at Cuculo, there isn’t much Cinzia hasn’t done.
All the classes include a welcoming glass of Prosecco or Birbet and a fun “hands-on” cooking lesson. Once everything is ready and your guest* has arrived, we’ll sit down to a three or four- course meal (except 13 February) together with a tasting and presentation of three great wines chosen from our portfolio to match the food.
The venue is Cuculo on Heathfield High Street and timing is 6pm-10pm, except for the Valentine’s meal as explained below. As well as a hands-on lesson, the evening includes a welcoming glass of Prosecco or Birbet and a full meal with an accompanying sample-sized glass of wine with each course, presented in a professional tasting format. Tickets are £80 (£40 for the San Valentino lesson) and the course is for all abilities.

Never be stuck for a last-minute menu again. With guidance from Cinzia and Carla and the help of a few tricks of the trade, create a fabulous four-course meal.

Learn the secrets of an Italian mamma in a fun, informative evening. We will provide the ingredients and equipment – your job will be to follow Cinzia’s directions to make the three types of pasta.
